How to Submit Your Recertification in Miami‑Dade

After your 40‑ or 50‑Year Recertification inspections are completed, property owners must submit reports to their local municipality. Each city has its own requirements, submission methods, and deadlines.

Note: We do not submit reports for you, but we provide everything needed so you can file successfully with your city.
