Buildings that reach their 40- or 50-year recertification milestone must submit inspection reports through the EnerGov Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal. Electronic submissions are preferred, but emailing reports is also possible.

Choose the correct recertification application, enter property info, and assign your engineer/architect.

Upload PDFs to the application’s documents tab. Ensure each file is clearly labeled.

Submit your application and monitor for notifications. Corrections or approval messages will come via CSS or email.
