📤 How to Upload Your Recertification Documents – City of Miami

When your building reaches its 40‑ or 50‑year recertification milestone, the City of Miami requires you to submit your inspection reports using the iBuild permitting portal and then upload documents via the ePlan/ProjectDox portal, the City’s secure system for submitting PDFs.

We do not submit documents for you, but we provide step‑by‑step guidance to ensure your submission is accepted.

📌 Submission Steps
